Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a strange and mystical art (or technique, if you will) of stabbing people with needles and getting paid to do it. It's also not illegal, though some contend that it might as well be; everything else is.
This process doesn't hurt too much. This is evidenced by the popular movie, The Matrix. We all know that Keanu Reeves wouldn't have done it if it had hurt. I mean Neo.
Chinese people do this a lot. I know because I am one.
