Shawn Brenneman graduated UCSB with a B.S. in Creative Studies, Computer Science emphasis. He was one of the first to note that Windows 98 first edition had a 32 bit millisecond counter that, when overflowed, would crash Windows. He went on to tell this to first year Computer Science majors who then worshipped him ever since.

however, my vegetarian friend wrote the article, i wrote that paragraph, i edited and published the newspaper, and some of the facts are wrong.
